Shipping policy
Typical order processing time may range anywhere between 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise stated. NOTE! Orders after a large shop update may take up to 3 weeks to process!
We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, but during busy times such as product launches & the holidays, orders will take more time to get through. In these cases, processing times may take up to 3 weeks.

All items are packaged, shipped and fulfilled by my warehouse, White Squirrel, located in Washington, USA.
Order Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number. You will automatically receive a tracking number through e-mail once your shipping label has been printed.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages! Please get in contact with your local courier should this occur, contact us if you require any information.
International Orders
Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or stop updating entirely once they cross the border.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The store is not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if package is denied due to customs fees.
Preorders
For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the last pre-ordered product arrives! This means any non preorder items will be held until then. If you would like non preorder items to be sent before, please purchase it separately from any preorder item.
VAT, UK VAT, DUTIES & CUSTOM FEES
Orders ship out from our warehouse in the USA and may incur customs when they reach your country.
All duty, customs, or VAT charges, including any processing and service fees, are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must pay any respective fees at their expense. These fees are not included in the price of the item nor the shipping fee and must be remitted to your local customs office.
VAT and customs may also add 1-2 weeks delay on your delivery time as your national customs agency processes the package.
Any requests to falsify customs information will be ignored - we always mark packages at their retail value. No returns will be issued over customs disputes.
If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, you will have the option of either paying for re-shipment, or refunding your order minus the original shipping charge and processing fees on the transaction.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
You have 48 hours upon purchasing to cancel. Otherwise we do not refund orders or offer exchanges. Please email info@cremechii.com if you need to make a cancellation.
In cases of an order that has been damaged in transit, or if your order contained incorrect items, please send an email to info@cremechii.com within 5 days of delivery so we can help.
Please include your full name, store order number, and photographs of the incorrect or damaged goods. Sometimes there are easy fixes for minor things like bent pin backs, which we can help instruct you to fix.
